A Tapestry is a Timeline is a series of tapestries that engage with craft traditions to consider the intertwined notions of lineage, materiality, and identity. Through the deconstruction and mending of textiles from my mother’s discarded garments, I invite and document the process of intergenerational communication in the fibers of the cloth.
